How to Delete Your Data

At Recovery Resource Alliance, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from our platform, please follow the instructions below.

What Data We Store

When you create an account with Recovery Resource Alliance, we may store the following information:

• Your email address
• Your name (if provided)
• Account preferences and settings
• Resources you have submitted
• Any other information you have voluntarily provided

Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:

Email: privacy@recoveryhre.com

Please include the following information in your request:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• The email address associated with your account
• Confirmation that you want all your data permanently deleted

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request:

1. We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
2. We will delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days
3. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Data Retained for Legal Purposes

Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or to resolve disputes. Any retained data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Facebook Users

If you signed up using Facebook Login, deleting your data from Recovery Resource Alliance will remove all information we received from Facebook. To also revoke Recovery Resource Alliance's access to your Facebook account, visit your Facebook App Settings and remove Recovery Resource Alliance from your connected apps.
